This policy explains what Tree Service Tampa FL learns about you when you call its free phone line or visit treeservicestampafl.com, why, and who it is shared with. Tree Service Tampa FL is a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group. Below, "the line", "we", "us" and "our" mean Tree Service Tampa FL and Dominion Digital Group.

The short version

  • When you call, an automated assistant asks for a few details so it can connect you with an independent tree service company. Those details go to that company.
  • This website has no forms, no accounts and, at the time of writing, no analytics or advertising trackers.
  • Nothing you tell the line is sold.

What the automated assistant collects on a call

Calls to (689) 407-5379 are answered by an automated assistant. To route your call, it asks for:

  • your name;
  • a callback number (your phone system may also show the number you are calling from);
  • your city or ZIP code;
  • the kind of tree work you need and a description of what the tree is doing.

Please do not share payment card numbers, account numbers, Social Security numbers or health information on the call. The line never asks for them.

The phone and assistant service that answers the line may keep a record of the call, such as the time, length, numbers involved, and a recording or transcript of what was said, so that the call can be transferred and any problem with the service can be looked into.

Who your call details are shared with

  • The tree service company you are connected with.Before it picks up, it hears a short summary of what you told the assistant. If it cannot answer, your name, callback number, location and job description are passed to it so it can call you back. That company is an independent business. What it does with your information is governed by its own practices, not this policy.
  • Service providers that run the line and the website,such as the phone, call handling and website hosting providers, only as needed to provide those services.
  • Others when the law requires it,for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect someone's safety.

Companies that receive calls may pay the line a referral fee. Your information is not sold to anyone else and is not used to send you marketing.

What this website collects

The site has no contact forms, quote requests, logins or newsletter sign ups, so it does not ask you to type in any personal information.

  • Hosting logs.Like most websites, the company that hosts the site may automatically record technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
  • Analytics.At the time of writing the site runs no analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
  • Language setting.The EN / ES buttons in the header use Google Translate. Choosing ES stores a small cookie in your browser that remembers your choice, and loads a script from Google that translates the page. While that script runs, Google may receive your IP address, browser details and the text of the page under Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). If you stay in English, the Google script is not loaded. Choosing EN again clears the setting.
  • Links to other sites.Guides link to government agencies, utilities and other sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

How long information is kept

Call details are kept only as long as needed to connect your call, allow a call back, keep basic records of the service and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted on the providers' normal schedules.

Your choices

  • You decide what to say on a call, and you can hang up at any time.
  • You can ask the tree company you spoke with to stop contacting you.
  • You can ask what information the line holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling the number above and saying you have a privacy request. Contact details for privacy requests will be confirmed before launch.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the language cookie is the only one the site sets.

Children

The line and the website are meant for adults arranging work on a property. They are not directed to children under 13, and the line does not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
