3. Cost and referral fees
Calling the line is free and the line never bills callers. Companies that receive calls may pay the line a referral fee. That fee does not come from you, and it does not mean the line recommends a company or vouches for its work.
4. Website content is general information
Guides on this site about costs, permits, insurance, storms and tree care are general information for Tampa Bay homeowners. They are not professional arborist, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice for your situation. Rules, fees, phone numbers and prices change, and published cost ranges are not quotes: real quotes vary. Confirm anything important with the agency, utility, insurer or company involved before you rely on it.
Nothing on the site is an instruction for a homeowner to cut, climb or remove a tree, or to go near a power line. If a line is down or someone is hurt, call 911.
5. No warranties
The website and the line are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Dominion Digital Group makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the website, the line, the availability of any company, or any company's work, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The line may be unavailable at times, and a call may not reach a company.
6. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dominion Digital Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damage, injury or loss arising from work done, not done or quoted by any company you reach through the line, or from relying on information on this website.
7. Using the site and the line properly
Please do not make prank or abusive calls, give someone else's details without permission, or try to interfere with the website or the phone system. Calls may be handled and recorded by automated systems as described in the privacy policy.
8. Links to other websites
The site links to government agencies, utilities, insurers and other sources. The line does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content.
9. Florida law
